I find that the majority of the people who work there are not very helpful. One of them put down the wrong renewal date and I was made to blame like it was my fault. When you want to find something, it is best, in my opinion, to have an idea of what book(s) you may want to take out on your own. I find the less interaction is best. There is one couple that is there, mainly in the evening, who are very nice and very helpful, but really they're the only ones. They do have a large selection of books, hence the three stars!
