They are bullying and forcing new residents to install a curbside mailbox because they are so lazy they dont want to walk 10 ft up my driveway to put my mail in my mailbox that is attached to my home. I just moved to the area and they are refusing to deliver my mail. MAKE YOUR VOICE BE HEARD!

Our regular mailman has off on Saturdays. Without fail our packages and mail never come. The woman who answers the phone is beyond rude and unhelpful. Our packages are always out for delivery at 8am and at 2pm are scanned that we now need to pick them up. Always on Saturdays. They always come up with some excuse, like "no one was there". No whoever covers is too lazy since no one within 3-4 streets around us get their mail either on this day. Made so many complaints and was told by the supervisor she "doesn't care" and it isn't her problem our mail didn't get delivered it's ours.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I called about a missing package, the woman who answered (never stated her name, but I believe to be the supervisor from a previous call i made on a different matter) refused to help me find out why tracking had not been updated in 8 days.. She continued to tell me to contact the sender who has no knowledge of where the pkg is since it was dropped off and scanned in as "accepted" by USPS. Offered no help, didnt even ask for tracking info, my name or phone #, and then hung up on me. I was never rude just wanted some help. She then refused to answer when I called back to get her name. Unbelievable how horrible USPS has become, this office in particular.
